This is an integral part of the competition. Putting all of our effort and commitment onto a board in the most stylish way possible. Presenting information about our team and the people who made it possible.
Project management
For the first year we did not have a plan in terms of organization of roles and contingency plans and we saw how it could change the way we operated during the year. So for the second year we created a Gantt chart. This was much better because we could visualize our progress and a step in the right direction for project management. However, this again was not as effective as we hoped and in the 3rd year are hoping to improve our project management flaws by keeping on top of our work.
Then COVID struck and we were all forced into our homes. This would not be bad though. Regular productive meetings were conducted with the whole team, and it has stayed that way ever since.
